Shopping at schollcentre.com is very easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Choose the section (Footwear, Footcare or Shoecare) and then the product type (Sandals, Casual, Slippers etc).

2. View the products you are interested in and click on the photograph to see available sizes, price, etc.

3. Select an item and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.

4. If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering or checking-out as a guest.

5. Choose whether you would like to collect your order at one of our stores or have it delivered through standard or express delivery. - to set up in back end.

6. Select a payment method: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express

7. Confirm the order.

8. You will receive an email confirming your order.

In which countries is it possible to shop online?

You can currently shop in Malta only. International shop will be opening post beta stage.

Are the online store prices the same as those in my usual Scholl Centre or pharmacy?

Yes, but if there is any difference between the prices shown on the website and those marked in store locations, the correct price will be the one shown on the online purchase receipt.

Are out-of-stock items restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, except in cases where product packaging has been updated.

Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about Scholl centre’s latest new products and offers?

Yes. By simply clicking on Newsletter you will receive information on Scholl centre’s latest products, lookbook and events.

Can I cancel my Scholl Centre Newsletter subscription?

You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the Newsletter menu. Fill in the details and select send.

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in the Log in section. You will receive an email with your new password.

How can I be sure that I’ve made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service.

Can I remove items from my order?

Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You can cancel your order as long as its status allows you to. To do this, go to the “my account” section in your account. If you are not registered, click on the “my orders” link in the confirmation email sent to you and click cancel.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

schollcentre.com only sells items in perfect condition. In the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service.

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard and American Express.

Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

- The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.

- You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorised purchase limit.

- You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Mastercard only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorise the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Delivery

Our delivery service is only available to Malta - International deliveries will be open at a later stage.

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box) or to the Scholl Centre of your choice.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Store and standard deliveries take 3 to 4 working days from order date excluding weekends and public holidays.

How much do I pay for delivery service?

Store delivery: (we deliver to the Scholl Centre of your choice and you collect) - Free

Standard delivery: Free for Malta for orders over €35. For orders under €35, there will be a €5 charge.

What is the home delivery process?

If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the warehouse).

If you have chosen store delivery, we will send you a text message when your order has arrived (you will have 15 days to collect it). It is necessary to show the order number and the ID of the person who collects the parcel.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Returns at schollcentre.com are always free of charge, you may return an item to any one of our Scholl Centres - Please make sure you have a valid receipt and the packaging for the item is intact.

How do I return an item?

- In store: The easiest way to return an item is by taking it to one of our Scholl Centres.

- Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt.

- Please note that it is always necessary to have received the merchandise prior to requesting a refund.

How long do I have to return an item?

All returns must be made within 1 month of the e-mail confirming shipment. This is in addition to your right to return an item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Contact our customer service, and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.
